With expertise in dispute resolution, employment, debt recovery, bankruptcy, and immigration. He has garnered experience at various firms, specializing in bankruptcy and employment, and serving both national and multinational clients.
He is currently affiliated with professional organizations, including the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), the Receiver and Administrator Association of Indonesia (AKPI), the Indonesian Labor Law Consultant Association (ILLCA). Additionally, he is registered as an Associate Member of the Indonesian Institute of Arbritrator (AIIArb) and is a member of the Indonesian Institute of Arbitrators (IArbI).
Furthermore, he contributes to the International Comparative Guides in the United Kingdom (www.ICLG.com) on topics such as Employment and Labor Law, Immigration, and International Arbitration.
