Fachreza, or familiarly known as Reza, holds a license from the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). For over seven years, Reza has played a significant role in many civil to commercial cases after joining various firms to broaden his experience.
He is presently enlisted as a member of the Indonesia Intellectual Property Consultant and the Indonesia Association of Receivers & Administrators (AKPI). His proficiency spans across various domains including general corporate affairs, intellectual property rights, commercial litigation, insolvency, and bankruptcy. He also actively contributes to the International Comparative Legal Guides in the United Kingdom (www.ICLG.com) on subjects such as Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
