Geutha graduated from Padjajaran University in law degree, in his fresh graduate year he was involved with a Legal Aid in Bandung to solve pro-bono cases. In 2014, Geutha teamed up with Receivers and Administrators in handling Delay of Payment and Bankruptcy matters.
Subsequently, Geutha received his Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) license as a further requirement to register as a member of the Indonesian Association of Receivers & Administrators (IKAPI), which he earned in 2019. Prior to and after Sandiva, Geutha has a wide range experience by assisting more than 10 Delay of Payment and Bankruptcies from various sector companies such as manufacturing, property, shipyard, as well as oil & gas. Geutha is also known for his expertise in litigation, asset management, and auction.
