Before joining Sandiva Legal Network, Febry plied his trade at several prominent Indonesian law firms, granting him a wealth of knowledge that has proven invaluable.
His principal focus areas are insolvency and bankruptcy, debt recovery planning, state administrative law, dispute resolution, as well as arbitration. However, he is also more than adept at commercial litigations, civil disputes, anti-corruption litigations, legal compliance, as well as general corporate & legal counsel.
He currently holds professional memberships with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), and the Receiver and Administrator Association of Indonesia (AKPI). He recently achieved the Associate title of the Indonesian Institute of Arbitrators (AIIArb) and is a member of the Indonesian Institute of Arbitrators (IArbI) and contributes to the International Comparative Legal Guides in the United Kingdom (www.ICLG.com) on topics such as Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and International Arbitration.
